Our senior dogs are entering their golden age! It is not an easy thing however, to know deep down that their time is limited. Being chosen by a senior dog is an honor.
Their trust and reliance upon us is infinite, and what they give back to enrich our lives is immeasurable. Senior dogs express the value of life and just how precious it can be. Whether you have raised, or adopted a senior dog, you will be the luckiest receiver of a most joyful companion.
My hope for Bolo’s Tail is that all dog lovers can come here for inspiration, an answer to a question, a tip that is needed, or just to put a smile on your face. My greatest wish is for you to feel blessed in your commitment to sharing your life’s journey with your golden ager.
This site is dedicated to the love of my life, Bolo, my senior Thai dog that is 26 years young in this year of 2020. He is my inspiration, complete and total.
I’ve been in absolute awe of him for 17 years, since rescuing him after being hit by a car. This left him 100% paralyzed, and no one cared, not even a little. To read more on Bolo’s story, click here.
Bolo is a miracle, and I am now finding myself with no idea as to how life will be without him in it.
The time is near, and I’m blessed to be with him now, in this very strange time we are all living in, quarantined at home with my boy. I am forever grateful.
